who thinks michelle phan is worthless?

wow almost one million subscribers. how did she manage that? let me go through her videos... hm yes a video about natural beauty! that's such a coincidence that she made that video just 2 months after she did a "sushi facial" video... but she applied the facial WITH HER MAKEUP ON (someone is super confident!). Oh and look an ice facial! its weird... but it seems that you could get the same random idea but searching it in GOOGLE! let me try it... yup. I just found out that you can use diaper cream on your face! i bet if she made a video about that it would get 500,000 hits and people would be preying to her like a god! To sum up what im saying: she has minimal makeup and skincare knowledge and ability. She is payed (this is a fact) over $500 a video to use certain products (its like product placement) and to give not necessarily honest opinions. her monotone voice kills my braincells. so what do you think?

School tomorrow! I have pimples !! :( :(?

I have Neutrogena acne face wash (pink grapefruit) but it was drying out my face sooo bad I stopped using it. I used it twice a day for 2.5 weeks and stopped using it 2 days ago. I might start just using itc before bed..

I have like 13 light pink spots around my mouth. they aren't pop-able pimples or big and red but they are noticable! My nose is oily and full of black heads, my forehead has about 4-5 pink spots as well.

I just washed my face with some baking soda and water as I read it can help? I didn't leave it on though. I moisturized a bit as well, but my moisturizer isn't helping the dryness - it makes it worse I think.

I live 3 hrs away from any store with makeup/coverup and face washes/creams!

i've tried loads of products and pretty mush made myself penniless whilst experimenting :p

Lady gaga's image (the oversexuality, the fashion, the fake eccentricity) is just her plot to gain fame. See video from her ex producer.

None of you have any idea what the facts are. I understand that you "love her" and you're "a fan" but right is right and you'll find out she was completely wrong in what she did when she settles or he wins the lawsuit. Rob is a close friend of friend of mine and he not only found her but created her. She was a nobody with no “look”, no image, no name, and most importantly NO RECORD DEAL. He had already won grammy’s when she met him for Will Smith’s “Wild Wild West” and gave Beyonce her first hit, "No No No", wrote for Jessica Simpson and the list goes on and on.. He was already huge and she was a kid in college. She is trying to screw him over because he fell out of love with her and ended their relationship. This is nothing more than a “woman scorned” trying to get revenge. They have a contract and she’s renigging on that contract for spite. She’s lucky he gave her time of day a few years ago or she’d be a friggin secretary somewhere. She’s an ungrateful immature bit..um girl. . I hope he gets every penny and then some.

marilyn manson was doing this years before lady gaga

and cooper before him

and some other person before them

etc etc, new generations equals new opportunity to sell something unoriginal

And that's really sad and all, but if you think about it; Lady Gaga realized that made her money. Now it's her persona.
Celebrities make money off of their persona.

Yes, she intentionally tried to become famous and it is not all about the music.

How to make my makeup last all day?!?

to school i wear a little bit of foundation (just to even out my skin tone & hide the blemishes) before putting it on i put on a cream so the foundation looks even, fresh & natural looking. after i apply power, so it looks more flawless, it ends up looking very natural & really nice. however, maybe not even halfway into the day, it comes off, not all of it though! it comes off like in patches & mostly just satys around my eyebrows, eyes & my whole mouth, so i end up looking terrible!
any ideas, please?! & no fancy products if at all possible because im broke & its a bit late, also o've school tomorrow! D:

P.S i also cant fix my makeup during the day =/

freaking out - need help asap!?

Okay i'm in 8th grade and tomorrow is photo day for me. I broke out in a bunch of little pimples today (heaps on my forehead and two on my cheeks) This seriously always happens! Last year i wore a bit of concealer on my pimples but the lighting in the photo hall made it really noticeable! How can i get rid of them ready for tomorrow? I have no pimple cream. I'd rather not use makeup either, i'm too young. I've already put ice on them. To make it worse, my skin is super pale so they are really red and stand out LOL ! What should i do? I can't buy any products because it's 7:00 at night atm.

Please help me pick-out the right foundation for me that offers medium coverage, does not irritate skin and does not require frequent retouch. I have oily T-zone and acne-prone skin. I am considering these three options:

1. Make Up For Ever Mat Velvet + Matifying Foundation
2. Lancome Teint Idole Ultra
3. any Shiseido powder foundation

I was considering Diorskin cream foundations but I've heard they contain fragrances.

Also, I prefer cream to powder foundations but most products with good reviews I have read are liquid.
Thanks girls! I've already tried MAC Studio Tech (felt heavy for me), Revlon (darkens a lot after an hour), Maybeline (can't remember why I didn't re-purchase).
NARS Sheer Matte and MAC Studio Sculpt seem interesting.

Hey, I am going to get pied in the face for charity, I'm just wondering if there is any makeup (like waterproof) that would not totally come off if I got smashed in the face with like whipped cream, and then wiped it off. Just wondering, becuase its not a place where i can bring makeup to touch-up after but I dont want to look like total crap b/c I won't be going right home.

Also any idea if whipped cream will stain clothes?

Does anyone hate freckles as much as i do?

It may sound weird but I have a freckle phobia. & i actually have freckles. Their light and their just a little over my nose across my face and their not noticeable at all but I still can't stand them its the first thing I see when i look in the mirror. In the summer I get more of them from being in the sun and I freak out over it... I got some this summer and I went and bought a freckle fading cream and cover them with makeup when I go out. I think they can make the prettiest girl in the world... not so pretty anymore. Does anyone else hate freckles?

I am 17, I have normal skin with the occasional zit. It is fairly sensative.

I use at Ives face scrub at night, and I use a moisturizer , but I need a new one.

What products should I get (moisturizer, eye cream ect.), and what brands should I look into?

I just want to take good care of my skin so it is still nice when I am older. Also I figure that, the nicer your skin is, the less makeup you have to use!!

I have melanoma on my face, hyperpigment, dark spots, is microdermabrasion safe?

I have been to a dermatologist, he said I have melanoma. I used cream it seemed to help but not get rid of it! Is microdermabrasion the easiest way to get rid of this? How long would it last if I get this done? Would it also help with the fine lines? I am 38 and single again. Anyone ever have this done before? What were your results? I have to wear alot of makeup to cover it...then in the summer time it seems to melt off. I can't find a good makeup to cover up and want to get rid of it. Don't have tons of money tho. Mother of 3.

How can I keep my skin as natural as possible and clear?

My skin never gets badly blemished, just one little spot every so often, but sometimes when I wake up in the morning my skin feels oily and not at it's best. I don't use soap on my face, just water and a natural paste of tiny pumice-type beads and witch-hazel. I don't wear a lot of makeup, just lipbalm and eyeliner, which is taken off before bed. I drink a lot of water. I don't use any creams as I believe they are a complete rip-off and I'm not a fan.
Is there anything else I should be doing?
