Question #1:

What do you think of my experience?

Once in grade 7, I was standing by my locker reading a book. It was early morning, and I was waiting for shcool to start. Anyway, a group of cute girls were coming towards me, but I didn't suspect anything, so I went right on reading. Suddenly a shadow went over me. I looked up to see the girls. They were about my age and ther was about ten of them. They had formed a circle around me so that none of the other early kids could see what was happening. One of them suddenly stepped out and grabbed hold of the side of my pants. With a quick move of her arm she pulled down my pants. Then she pulled out a pair of scissors and cut out the front of my boxers so tht my nuts and my dick hung out. I tried to stop her but when I did she grabbed my naked testicles and squeezed hard. I was in so much pain I stopped struggling immediatly. Then she grabbed the front of my shirt and slammed me against the locker. Dazed, I opened my eyes in time to see her knee me in the nuts as hard as she could. I let out a cry of agony and fell to the floor. Then the girl raised her foot and brought it down. Her boot made a sickening crunch as it slammed against my poor, tortured gonads. The other girls giggled and as they left each of them gave me a swift hard kick to the balls. I can't remember where I passed out but I remember awakining about ten minutes after the bell rang. I still can't believe to this day no teacher ever saw me lying on the floor, and no students bothered to get me up either. I had to get my pants back up and all that day I was uncomfortable cuz my junk was hanging around everywhere cuz they cut my boxers off. I wasn't gonna ever tell on them cuz they'd just deny they ever did that and I'm pretty sure our principal would believe them over me, and that's why they did it. It was an excrucitatingly painful day.

That's what happened to me in the 7th grade.

Paranormal? Unexplained? Am I going crazy?

We moved into our new house July 2009. There was 1 previous owner. They still live in the neighborhood so I intend to talk to them soon about the events we are experiencing.
Beginning in Feb 2010 I started noticing little things. I would see something move out of the corner of my eye, or see shadows, but nothing would be there. It would happen often, enough to make me think I was going crazy. At night I would hear what sounded like someone walking down the hallway (we have wood floors, no creaking sounds, but just the sound of bare feet on the floor). I would always get up to see if one of my kids were up, but nobody would be there.
Starting in June of this year I started seeing the shadows and hearing the footsteps more frequently.
One night in July I was sitting on the couch and thought I saw my daughter running behind the couch down the hallway. She was almost 2yrs old at the time and I can usually only see her head as she passes by anyway. I got up to see where she was going and she was in another room deepy involved with a toy and her sister and I honestly believe it was not her.
My son (who is 8) started telling me in August that he was hearing voices at night. He said that it sounds like 2 people having a conversation. The only words he can ever make out clearly are his name and "ok". He's never had an issue with darkness or doors being closed, but as of a couple months ago he begs for a nightlight or his closet lights to be on because he says he feels like someone is watching him at night when he sleeps.
I've had the dvr just pause itself while watching a show, when nobody is around the remote. This has happend a handful of times and I'm sure can be chalked up to a glitch.

The experience that has me a little uneasy happend last night.
We returned home from my son's football practice at 8pm. I told him to get in the shower. I put my youngest child to bed and my middle child got on the couch to watch tv. I ran to my room to change into my pj's. As I came out of my room and looked down into the hallway I saw a perfect shadow take off running to the left (towards my son's room). It was the exact size/frame of my son. I got a bit angry because I thought he was goofing off instead of getting in the shower like I asked. I walk down the hallway and sure enough, my son was in the shower. My dog was outside, my other 2 kids were in bed or on the couch. There was no explaination for the shadow.
Then cut to this morning I walk out of my room to get breakfast ready, I walk back in and my Wii is on. I think nothing of it and turn it off. Walk back into the kitchen, start packing lunches and then go back into my room (roughly 5 min later) and the Wii has been turned on again. 2 of my kids were sleeping and the only other person who was awake was not in my room. I'm sure it could have been a glitch in power that turned it on but given the events of last night I was/am shaken.
I don't even know what to think. Is this paranormal? A ghost? I just don't know.
I'm a big believer in ghosts, but I don't like the thought of one possibly being in my house.
I've had people tell me to check the land documents for our area to see what was there before the houses were built and I've even had people go so far as to tell me a ghost is trying to attach itself to my son or someone in the house.
I just don't know what to think.
Any insight from those in the field or with experience?
I also wanted to add, for the past 6 months I have had a weird habit of looking at the clock at exactly 10:26 (either am or pm, sometimes both) every day. It never fails, it always happens at least once.
My birthday is Oct 26th, which is why it is so weird. I know it could just be a cool coinsidence. But given all the weird stuff that has been going on its beginging to weird me out.

* This is the story I am currently writing, about a rock muse named Paula French. It takes place in Liverpool, England, in the 1960's, as my fictional band is rising to fame alongside the Beatles.

“Well hello, and who might this be?” he asked, stepping toward me and, as I could very clearly see, turning on his best charm.

“This might be Paula French, but who knows, really? I could very well be someone else, and who would know? As long as I look this way, everyone could continue believing I’m still Paula French, but I could be anyone else,” I replied to his ridiculous question, but immediately wished I hadn’t.
Upon hearing my strange pondering, an eerie silence had fallen over the small group of people, and every pair of eyes was on me. My mum had often told me that my odd ways of thinking would one day get me into trouble, and at this moment, I experienced the rare occasion of wishing I had listened to her.

No matter what image I had put out of myself, I was still extremely shy, usually content with staying in the shadows while I let Amelia swallow the limelight. So, in this room of people that I still hadn’t learned their names, I was feeling more or less like I wanted to die.

Question #5:

Gel-ish eyeshadow vs powder shadow?

I recently bought a pallete of eye color, and I was expecting shadows. However it's actually more of a gel. Do you apply gel eyeshadow in the same way as shadow? It seems like it all gathers together in the crease of my eyelid (I haven't tried this one yet, but a previous brand (Icing by Clairs) did the same thing).

Any ideas if there are special tricks to applying this eyeshadow?

i'm 15 years old, and have a "sporty" style and hairdo as well. i was wondering what would be good makeup to wear to go from school to my marching practice. :) i have dark brown eyes, and have golden brown hair and tan skin. i was thinking of waterproof mascara and concealer, but i would like to wear a bit more than that-would blush or cream shadow work? :) thanks!

What brush/applicator should you use to apply a cream eye shadow?

I bought a Revlon Illuminance Creme Shadow but ti didn't come with a brush/applicator. I tried applying it with my finger but it's difficult to get the shadow in the inner corners of my eyes that way. What's the best kind of applicator to use for cream shadow?
ALSO, what's the best kind of brush to use for regular powdery shadow? I have a L'Oreal eyeshadow (Wear Infinite Hollographic) and it always gets all creased for me in just 20 min. (Not long lasting at all!) It's so frustrating that I've stopped using it. I'm wondering if it's the shadow that's the problem or the brush I'm using to apply it.

how do i get bigger and brighter eyes?

I am going to a party this weekend and I really want people to see that my eyes are greenish/hazelish and there is also this guy I have in mind.

I am wearinng a light lime green dress and I already decided to have a bronzer on to define my cheekbones and a peach lipstick and a little of lipgloss in the middle of my lips. but I still don't know what to do with my eyes.

What color eyeliner should I have on to match my eyes?
What color eye shadow should I have on?

PS.I want to look smart/sexy not like a slut or that I'm trying too hard. you know what I mean.
If this helpes, I have an inverted bob and I will curl it in the front and have it bumped at the back (there is a headband seperating the front and back).

Cousin needs help with women?

My cuz has never been on a date until a few days ago. we had a "double blind date" for lack of a better description.. we met at a Beach bar and i immediately hit it off with my date..we were having a good time..(we split up) my date and i went walking on the beach and my cuz stayed behind with his date..everything was going good for me (got a lil kiss in in the shadows af a coconut tree :D) but when we got back my cuz and his date were just sitting down not talking..THEY WERE TEXTING EACH OTHER SITTING SIDE BY SIDE!! lmao..well everything got awkward from there.. i questioned my cuz later about it he said he froze up (apparently he has problems keeping eye contact) i found out later the girl realy liked him but she felt weird because he barely said anything,,(though he has lots to say online or by text) ... ive never had problems talking to women..so im not sure whats wrong..ive tried telling him to just be himself but HE CANT...he just freezes up when hes face to face with a lady..if only they could see what a great guy he is when hes around his friends or family...whats a good way to help him overcome this problem..???

I can't seem to find any actors that fit my character! It's really frustrating ha ha. Okay so heres the description,

*he is 19 years old
*he has kinda short, spiky, messy, dark brown to black hair
*his eyes are ice blue
*he is VERY attractive
*he has that dangerous, sexy, evil look.
THATS my characters description, the actor doesn't have to have ice blue eyes (I can edit those on tazz) but yeah, he seriously needs to be hot as hell haha
In my head i picture him like the guy on the cover of shadow kiss, the older cover, that type of look.

is this a girly makeup and hair look?

i've been called a girly-girl before, and my friends say that my style is girly, so i was wondering about my hair and makeup choices. :) i prefer the lighter colors, like pinks, purples, and golds, and love eye shadow, and hate eye liner especially in dark colors (mostly cuz that's what everyone wears, haha!). anyways, i wear a cream eye shadow trio by maybelline new york, called eyestudio color gleam cream shadow in purple possibilities, and i also wear a dark brown waterproof mascara. :)

for my hair style, i usually wear it down in waves and sometimes straight, and i also wear it back (for band practice) in a ponytail. :)

How come when i apply eyeshadow in my crease it never shows :(?

I can apply the darkest eye shadow ever in my crease and it wont show unless i close my eye :(

I dont have monolids cause i can put eye shadow on my lids and itll show but wont show if i put it in my crease!!

A no makeup school with makedup gals?

I live in england and i go to a non makeup school and everyday i see tons of kids running around with tons of makeup which includes eyeliner, mascara, red lipstick and liquid eye shadow!!!
Anyway i don't go near makeup on school days im a good pupil and when i accidentally do something bad its always "go outside" "half hour detention" "i will call your parents" "you are on report" and so on and the girls who are always bad and wear makeup get "don't worry" "i'll let you off" "(laugh)" its not fair and they never get in trouble for wearing makeup or nail polish its with them "i like your eyeliner choice" "nice lipstick" or "i love you nail polish" and when i have maybe a little nail polish left from the weekend its well you get the picture why is this happening i can't tell on them because that would make me a taddle tale and would get me a black eye :(

Ending of Chapter 8: Emmie's Dilemma and a Raid of Atlantis

Dino, sleeping quite soundly and in the middle of an extremely fond dream, was jostled awake by the sudden constant wailing of a loud siren.
Groggily sitting up and rubbing his eyes, his hand groped about for his glasses. “What in god’s name…”
Suddenly, a wave of fear crashed over him like a stab to the heart. “The Sirens of the East!” he cried, suddenly leaping out of bed.
Dashing into Lira’s room, he saw that she was no longer there.
“Lira!” he called throughout the house. “Lira!” But he realized that she was most likely in the underground ward. This was good. She would be safe there. Now was the time to sniff out what was going on and save himself. Dino ran out of the door, swiftly descending the short flight of stairs and coming out onto the blue illuminated street.
It really was a panic-ridden street. People were rushing about everywhere, hands holding on to loved ones, screams of terror in every direction. Smoke billowed out of some of the houses in the West, which was the area the majority of the Atlantians seemed to be moving away from. Blue searchlights were the only source of light, moving through the rows of houses, seeking out something; what they were seeking out, Dino did not know.
Soon the sea of people began washing him into central Atlantis, and when he tried to elbow his way through the crowd, he found a hand yanking his shirt collar back and pulling him into an alley. His heart rate quickened with alarm.
“Be silent, Richard Wolff. I have not come to hurt you.”
Dino looked up with further alarm; the mysterious thing that had pulled him into the alleyway somehow knew his name.
“The things that are raiding Atlantis are called Night Spirits.”
“And what are you called? How do I know you’re not one of them.”
“Hold your tongue, Richard Wolff. I am Emmiliea, the last Dawn Spirit of Caliburthia,” she cleared her throat. “And the most puny of them all.” she sighed.
“Then you know our situation?”
Emmie was irritated beyond belief. “Do you not understand?! I don’t know anything! I don’t know who I am! That’s why I need help, Richard Wolff! That’s why I need help!”
“Little Dawn Spirit, you are perhaps one of the most important creature residing in Atlantis right now—it is far beyond my calling to help someone like you.”
Emmie sighed, a tear streaming down her face. “Oh, what’s the use?” she slid against the wall and down onto her bottom, not unlike what she had done just fleeting moments ago when she was at home in Caliburthia. “Lero can’t help me, you can’t help me—who can?” she put her head in her hands. “Who are you, Richard Wolff? Who am I? What am I doing in such a foreign place? Why am I wondering through such a strange land, plodding on and on through a never ending torrent of darkness? I knew a moment ago, but I’ve forgotten.”
Richard looked upon the cowering, whimpering spirit. Raising his head, he looked to the sky—and then back down. “Who do you seek?” he uttered, staring at her.
“What?”
“Who do you seek?”
Emmie was taken aback, but, nonetheless, answered his question. “I…I…I seek your brother, Benjamin.”
“In locating him, I can assist you; however, I can only direct you. You must go to the outside, the ‘real world’, if you please—to earth, far above the ceiling of Atlantis. There you will find him, traveling to save the four worlds from the darkness that is shadowing us close behind. There you must go, little spirit. To the above.” Richard sniffed. “There is little time to waste. You must hurry!”
“But what about the raid?”
“We’ll hold out fine enough here without your aid, little spirit. Go and fulfill your purpose!”
And so Emmie did, following the directions ‘Dino’ had given her exceedingly carefully and closely.

Well I have sorta dark/olive green eyes with a ring of yellow around the pupil and I was wondering what eye shadow will go well with it and black or brown eyeliner??
