Question #3:
Do residential power factor correction devices work & are they really a good idea?
Utility companies can only charge for Watts consumed. I know some monitor their customers' power factors & offer incentives to use capactive devices to bring their power factor closer to unity, & some penalize customers for having a low power factor. I thought that companies go to great lengths to bring the power factor as close to 1 as possible at power plants & substations to minimalize the amount of power they generate but don't get paid for.Still, manufacturers have managed to sell power factor correctors to the public claiming that when plugged into a household circuit the power factor moves closer to 1, wattage reduced, and it saves them money. I read a review that said a certain motor's power usage dropped from 320 kilowatts to 278 kilowatts when using a supposed power saving device that brings the power factor closer to 1. That's doesn't make sense because by the math wattage increases as the power factor approaches 1.
By my math the higher the ratio of imaginary impedance to real resistance the less wattage there is, so there is less gross charges. Right?

first i moisturize, then apply a primer.after wards i use a green corrector to offset the red scars.
i then use concealer around my nose, under my eyes, etc.

Question #13:
Is it safe to use anti aging products to help my acne scars and pigmentation?
I am 20 years old and recovering from acne. I get the occasional spot but it's mostly the pigmentation and old scarring I want to cure right now. I have started using my mums dermologica Age skin resurfacing cleanser and it really helps my skin glow and evens out the appearence of pigmentation. I have been using Clinique dark spot corrector for 3 weeks now and I am noticing a huge difference in my skins texture. My pores are smaller and my cheeks are much more even in colour, so much so that I do not wear a heavy foundation anymore to disguise the scars. My moisturiser is also an anti-aging one with an SPF 15. I would like to know if it is safe to be using these products at a young age? They seem to be making a much bigger difference than any acne products I have used which made my skin blotchy and didn't stop any spots.Question #14:
Best concealer out of these two?
I was going to buy a stick concealer, but since I never have used it before I wanted advice. The two best seem to be Maybelline Cover Stick Corrector Concealer and Covergirl Smoothers. What have you tried? What did you like best?
I have combo skin, but it can go from combo to normal from time to time. I will usually apply concealer over liquid foundation, but sometimes ONLY under powder foundation. It would be able to look good both ways.
Thanks!
I have used liquid concealer before without any problems.

Question #17:
Can Adam Young (Owl City) sing live?
I have a habit with my music, where I don't allow myself to listen to singers whom can't sing. Reasonable, right? lol...so I watched a live of Owl City, and he couldn't sing that well, and he was using a pitch-corrector (those things should be illegal...what a shame). So could someone give me their opinion? I would prefer no "yes/no" answers.Question #18:
How can I safely dye my hair all one color over hair I bleached 4 months ago?
My natural hair color is dishwater blonde (ick) and I went to a salon and they bleached it several very light shades of blonde. It was good for about a month, then it started getting very porous and frizzy. Then I went to Sally's Beauty Supply, and they suggested for me to buy Roux (233) leave in repair treatment vials, Roux (233) Porosity control shampoo (daily), Roux (233) Repairing conditioner (daily), and Roux (233) Porosity control Corrector and Conditioner (weekly). Well, my hair is very strong now. No split ends, not as frizzy, and it doesn't break. I have about 4 inches of regrowth. I am thinking of going an auburn or burgandy red color. What do I need to do to get all of my hair to take the color the same?Question #19:
Makeup consultation/lesson and dark circles?
So I have really bad hereditary dark circles under my eyes, they are becoming more and more annoying. I have tried alot of different concealers/correctors but cannot seem to cover them properly. I don't know if I am applying the makeup wrong and would like to be shown by a professional the best ways of covering them. I know that Sephora has makeup consultations, but do they cover this topic? I don't want to keep spending money on lots of expensive makeup, if I can't even apply it correctly so I would really like a professional's help.Question #20:
